Refund Policy

At Love n Light, we are committed to providing thoughtful learning and healing experiences. Because our services may involve dedicated time, preparation, and personal support, we have established the following policy to ensure fairness to both participants and Love n Light.

1. Support Love n Light

Support payments are voluntary contributions made to support the work of Love n Light.

Once a Support payment has been successfully processed, it is generally non-refundable.

If a payment was made in error, duplicated, or affected by a technical payment issue, please contact us through our Contact page with the payment reference and relevant details so that we can review the matter.

2. Healing Support Sessions

Cancellation / Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule an agreed Healing Support session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund, minus any payment gateway processing fees, if applicable.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or no-shows, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled without a new arrangement.
• If a session is interrupted due to technical issues on our end, we will offer a reschedule at no extra cost or a full refund.

3. Learning Programs & Training

Learning Program fees and applicable payment terms will be communicated before a Payment Request is issued.

Once the applicable program and amount have been agreed and payment has been made, the following cancellation and refund terms apply.

Before the Program Starts

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the program start date: 90% refund (10% administrative fee deducted).
• Cancellations made between 2 and 7 days before the start date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the program: non-refundable.

Once the Program Starts

Once access to a program, workshop, training materials, recordings, or live sessions has been granted, the fee is strictly non-refundable.

Program Cancellation

If Love n Light cancels a program or workshop, participants will receive a 100% refund.

4. Refund Process

All refund requests should be submitted through our Contact page.

Please include:

• Your name
• Order ID or Razorpay payment reference
• Payment receipt
• Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction, subject to the applicable payment provider’s processing timelines.

5. Grievance Contact

If you have a complaint or issue regarding a payment, cancellation, or refund, please contact us through our Contact page.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
